My Educational Philosophy

•I believe education school be based on the word of God. It provides the foundation for what we believe, who we are, and what we spend our time learning. 

•I believe each student is capable of learning. Not all students learn the same way or at the same pace; however, that does not mean they are incapable of learning. Providing students with the right supports and resources are crucial components to their learning experience.

•I believe Christian education is a pillar in our communities. We need more strong Christian schools in our society than ever before. Christian schools should major in teaching academic excellence and raising up strong Christian leaders. 

•I believe education should be fun and adventurous. Learning should be fun. There are so many ways to engage students and bring excitement to every subject they are learning. 

•I believe education is a team effort. I do not believe God intended for us to complete this great task alone; therefore I believe in the power of building a strong educational team.

•I believe being an educator is a calling and divine assignment. God puts that desire in us, and it’s through seeking His wisdom and His Strategy that we learn how to successfully fulfill that call. 

We offer personalized professional development. You tell us what you and your staff need and we will create a professional development plan that best supports your needs and goals. Professional Development can be customized to school wide PDs, small or large teams, or grade levels. 

We understand many of your teachers come to you with various backgrounds and could greatly benefit from our “New Teacher Training”

track. This track will include everything they need to know to get started in the classroom with confidence, resources and support. 

We work with teachers of all skill levels to develop best teaching practices, classroom management strategies, academic excellence, and much more. We help teachers become confident leaders in their classrooms. 

We offer to work closely with school administrators during the Summer months to help plan intricate details for the upcoming school year. This can include support with schedules, hiring, organization techniques, etc.

Our Administration Training is open to new and veteran school administrators. This can include one on one training or group training.

We offer customized observation and evaluation support for your formal observation and evaluation process.
